DeeWynn Cox, M.A., CMC, Owner
President, Aging Life Care Association, FL Chapter
DeeWynn is a certified, advanced Aging Life Care professional through the National Association of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), a member of the National and Florida Chapters of the Aging Life Care Association, (formerly National and Florida Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers), and a Registered Professional Guardian.
DeeWynn's professional experience includes more than 25 years in medical social work in hospitals, nursing homes and residential communities serving older adults. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of South Florida.
DeeWynn is the past President of the Florida Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association (2017 - 2018). She served on the Florida Chapter Board of Directors from 2008 - 2020. She is a past member of the Florida State Guardianship Association's Legislative Committee (2012 - 2020), and is a past Board of Director with the ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center). DeeWynn is also a current member of the following organizations: National Association of Social Workers (NASW), National Guardianship Association (NGA), Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA), Florida Council on Aging (FCOA), and American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM). She continues to be involved in education to the community on elder-care issues and aging life care planning.
DeeWynn volunteers in various settings providing social services to marginalized adults in the Tampa Bay area. She enjoys singing, hiking and cycling.
Ellen Buckley, M.S., CMC
Ellen is a certified, advanced Aging Life Care professional through the National Association of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), a member of the National and Florida Chapters of the Aging Life Care Association, and a Registered Professional Guardian. She is currently serving on the Florida Chapter Board of Directors of the Aging Life Care Association.
Ellen has been working with Care Management Service Professionals since its inception. She has a diverse background and experience working with multiple age groups. Ellen has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for student and professional athletes as well as older adults rehabilitating from orthopedic related injuries and surgeries.
Ellen transitioned her career direction and began working exclusively with older adults in 2008. She completed a Certificate program in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida in 2009, and in 2019 completed the University of Florida's College of Medicine's Aging and Geriatric Practice Master of Science program.
Ellen currently serves the Florida Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) on the Professional Development Committee. She is also a member of the Florida Council on Aging (FCOA) and Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA).
Ellen is active in her church as a Lay Eucharist Minister and is Chairperson of the Pastoral Care Team. She is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling with her spouse and three children.
Beverly Sturch - Office Manager, Professional Guardian
Beverly joined Care Management Services Professionals in 2009 as the company's Office Manager. With more than 25 years of experience in business and marketing services, she brings a diverse and comprehensive blend of corporate and client-focused experience to the company. Beverly previously worked with a wide variety of industries to effectively coordinate marketing and communication strategies through her own firm, MarketSmart Design.
With a strong ability to partner with individuals at all levels, Beverly ensures the efficiency of business operations, managing day-to-day administrative and financial activities including: coordination with legal medical, and financial professionals, interactions with care providers, and providing banking services for our clients. She is well versed in the areas of Trusts, Probate, and Guardianship.
Upon joining the company Beverly discovered a passion for advocating for older adults and is a Registered Professional Guardian. She also serves as a volunteer at the Community Food Pantry in Carrollwood, and is involved in several children's and youth ministries at her church.
Keith Cox, B.S. Accounting, Professional Guardian
Keith has provided consulting services to Care Management Service Professionals in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Human Resources since its inception. He joined the company full time in 2016 after retiring from Verizon.
Keith has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University and spent the first 10 years of his career working in Accounting and Finance with GTE/Verizon Communications. He subsequently transitioned into the field of Human Resources management obtaining a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2004.
Keith became a Registered Professional Guardian in June of 2016. He also has experience in Trust and Estate work.
Keith volunteers in various settings providing social services to marginalized adults in the Tampa Bay area. He enjoys hiking, cycling, birding and most any outdoor activity.
